Very well organised. Another well written article, Dan! Congrats (again). I am trying to write an article about the same theme for some weeks now and still couldn’t seem to reach an end of this controverse idea. Again spot on! Thank you for that!

This could have been my story, and yes, I did get therapy. Now? After four years of dig down deep therapy, I've found myself and my own talents and creativity showed up. Yes, I am loved, and liked, and I love my life. Thank you for reminding me that what was isn't what is now.

A fascinating look at the 'Internal Infrastructure Gap.' We often build defensive walls around our identity that are so thick they block out the very nourishment we need to survive.

As a novelist, I see a parallel in how we are building our digital lives: we’ve traded the messy, unpredictable 'Enchantment' of human connection for the sterile 'Safety' of an algorithm. We find it hard to accept love—or even truth—when it doesn't fit the 'Beat Sheet' of our own internal hallucinations. Reclaiming the ability to be vulnerable is the most Sovereign act a human can perform in 2026.

It’s amazing to realise that so many of us are clinging to these patterns, thinking they protect us when they really just keep us isolated. - Here’s to breaking down those walls and letting the good stuff in!
